Our Role as a Referral Service

Uplong Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do no design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet or other remodeling work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Payment Works for Us

Uplong Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The amount may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. Picture a delivery driver paid by the store, not by the customer: the price on your order stays the same. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Uplong Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Uplong Remodeling. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, prices and payment terms
• The quality and scheduling of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and permits
• How it talks with you and how it behaves

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are taking part in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request an itemized written quote, and compare other quotes before you decide.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
